CROWN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen vegetables
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. (3/4 oz.) brown gravy mix
1 1/4 c. hot water
Dash of salt
Dash of garlic powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can (8 oz.) biscuits

Brown beef in skillet, drain fat. Add next 6 ingredients, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in mayonnaise. Place mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Flatten biscuits slightly, arrange overlapping around edge of casserole. Brush biscuits with additional mayonnaise. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes or until heated and biscuits are browned. Serves 4-6.
