CROWN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 oz. pkg. brown gravy mix
1 1/4 c. hot water
Dash salt
Dash garlic powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits

Brown beef over medium heat, stirring frequently; drain fat. Add mixed vegetables, green pepper, brown gravy mix, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in mayonnaise.

Place mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Flatten biscuits slightly and arrange, overlapping, around edge of casserole. Brush biscuits with additional mayonnaise. Bake in 425 degree oven 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly and biscuits are browned. Serves 4-6.
