TOASTED MUSHROOM ROLLS 
Clean and chop fine 1/2 pound of mushrooms. Saute for 5 minutes in 1/4 cup butter. Blend in 3 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon MSG, 3/4 teaspoon salt.

Stir in 1 cup light cream. Cook until thick. Add 2 teaspoons minced chives, 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Cook until blended.

Remove crust from one loaf of thin sliced white bread. Roll thin. Spread with mushroom mixture. Roll up. Freeze. Cut in half before toasting in 400 degree oven (approximately 5 to 6 minutes). Serve warm with toothpicks. Enjoy!
