GOOD AND PLENTY SKILLET 
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 c. boiling water
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 sm. bay leaf
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 oz. mushrooms
4 oz. tomato sauce
3/4 c. macaroni, uncooked

Cook ground beef until it loses its red color. Break meat up as it cooks. Stir in the water, onion soup mix, bay leaf, pepper, mushrooms and tomato sauce. Heat mixture to boiling. Stir macaroni into the boiling liquid, return to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and boil slowly, stirring frequently, 25 to 30 minutes or until pasta is cooked through. Add additional boiling water, if needed.
