GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box German chocolate cake mix

Mix coconut and pecans together and put into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Mix cake mix according to directions on box and pour on top of coconut and nuts. In saucepan, melt butter and cream cheese. Heat until mixture is warm enough to stir in 1 pound box of confectioners sugar. Spoon over top of cake mix.

Bake at 350°F until done. Do not cut until cooled.
