GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
1 box German chocolate cake mix 1 c. nuts 1 c. coconut 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 box confectioners' sugar Spray a 9x13 inch pan good with Pam. Put the coconut and nuts in pan. Mix cake mix according to directions on box and pour over nuts and coconut. Melt butter and mix cream cheese and sugar with it. This will be a little thick. Pour on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve from pan. You do not remove and invert as most upside down cakes. |
