GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 box confectioner's sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter

Layer coconut and chopped pecans on buttered 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix cake per instructions on box, pour over coconut and nut mixture. Mix together until blended, sugar, cream cheese and butter. Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until done (will feel squishy to touch).
