GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour over nuts and coconut. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and butter. Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Pour over top of cake mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool. Can turn upside-down or leave in pan.
