CHOCOLATE SHOT COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oatmeal
2 (1 1/2 oz.) bottles chocolate shots (1/2 c.)

Mix and sift flour and baking soda. Cream butter and add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy. Add extracts and oats and mix. Form dough into a roll about 2" in diameter and chill thoroughly. Coat outside of roll with chocolate shot. Slice about 3/8" thick and bake on ungreased baking sheets in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 22 minutes. Yield: about 3 dozen.
