1/2 lb. butter 1 1/2 boxes confectioners' sugar 1 lb. peanut butter 12 oz. chocolate bits (maybe more) 1/2 sq. paraffin wax Melt chocolate bits and paraffin wax in double boiler. Mix butter, sugar and peanut butter with wooden spoon or hands until all ingredients blend together. Shape into little balls. Use toothpick or cake tester and dip in chocolate. Drizzle any leftover chocolate over balls. Cool on wax paper. Store in refrigerator. |
