CHOCOLATE SHOT COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. rolled oats 2 bottles chocolate shot (or multi-colored shot) Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, flour and soda and rolled oats. Mix thoroughly. Chill dough for a few hours. Shape into about 1 1/2 inches diameter log rolls (or size to suit you). Coat each roll of dough with chocolate shot. Slice about 3/8 inch thick. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. A.K.A. Sprinkles or jimmies. Makes 3 dozen. |
