SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Brown chops in skillet. Arrange chops in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine soup with 1/2 can of water. Heat; add sour cream and onion soup mix. Pour over the chops. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

HINTS: May be cooked in microwave on high for about 30 minutes. To cook on top of stove, leave chops in skillet after browning and pour sour cream mixture over. Then cover and cook for about 45 minutes. Excellent served with rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
