1 box yellow cake mix
1 vanilla instant pudding
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 lg. can peaches
16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar

Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, water, and eggs; pour in greased 9x13 inch pan. Drain peaches and save 5 tablespoons of the peach juice. Lay peaches on cake batter mix. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice. Spread over peaches and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
