DATE NUT BALLS 
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. dates, chopped
1 can coconut
2 c. nuts
3 c. Rice Krispies

Boil butter and sugar until it melts. Add dates and coconut. Cook slow 6 minutes. Add nuts and Rice Krispies. Mix well. Will be stiff. Slightly roll into balls and roll in confectioners sugar.
