SAVORY LENTIL LOAF 
1/2 tsp. sage
2 c. cooked lentils
1 egg
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients; place into a greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
