SAUSAGE PEPPERS AND HAMBURGER 
2 lb. Italian sausage (cut in bite-size)
1 lb. hamburger
6 lg. peppers, cut up
1 lg. onion
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
1 sm. jar Ragu sauce (meat flavored)
1/2 c. olive oil

Saute sausage in frying pan in oil, remove. Slice and remove casting. Fry hamburger until the pink is gone. Saute peppers, onions and mushrooms until crisp tender. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder while cooking. Add everything together in large electric fry pan or large pot. Pour Ragu sauce adding garlic powder and Parmesan cheese; simmer about 45 minutes.
