Matzoh crackers Diced peppers & onions (opt.) Eggs Use 1 egg per matzoh. Run matzohs under warm water until semi-soggy. Heat skillet. Crumble matzohs into skillet and pour beaten eggs over them. Add peppers and onions if desired. Scramble until done. |
