HAMANTASHEN 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. lemon peel
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. baking powder
2 sticks sweet butter
1 can SOLO prune or poppy seed filling
4 tbsp. sweet red wine
3 thin diced orange slices
1/2 c. chopped pecans

FOR PRUNE FILLING ONLY:

Grated lemon rind and juice of 1/2 lemon
Dash of nutmeg

Combine flour, sugar, yolks, lemon peel and juice, salt, sour cream, baking powder and butter. Dough will be sticky, add more flour and work into a ball with hands. Refrigerate 2 hours. When ready to work with dough, add more flour to form dough that does not stick to board or rolling pin.

Combine filling, wine, orange and nuts. For prune add lemon and nutmeg. Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness and cut into 3 1/2 inch round circles. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in center.
