AUNT CAROLYN'S MACARONI SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mueller's twist, cooked as directed, rinsed in cold water & drained
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
5 sm. carrots, diced thin, cooked until soft but not mushy, rinsed & drained in cold water
4 slices Cheddar cheese, cubed
Salt to taste

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/8 c. vinegar

Combine all ingredients for macaroni salad.

Mix dressing. Mix with the macaroni salad and let stand several hours or overnight to marinate. Stir occasionally.
