ONE PAN FUDGE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter; add sugar and cocoa; mix well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, egg and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into an 8"x8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares while hot, but don't remove until cool.

MICROWAVE: Pour batter into Pyrex pie plate. Place on small inverted bowl, cook for 4 1/2 minutes on High or Medium High. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
