2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa and water in saucepan. Boil exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until thick. Pour in buttered pan. Cool and cut in pieces.
