Dissolve 3 ounce package Jello, any red flavor, 1/4 cup sugar in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend 1 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip and drained strawberries with gelatin. Chill in 1 quart mold until firm. Unmold and garnish with additional thawed Cool Whip. Makes 6-8 servings.
