SOMBRERO DIPS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 can (24 oz.) kidney beans, undrained
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Green pepper slices

Cook ground beef until done. Mix in all other ingredients except cheddar cheese and green pepper slices. Cook for about 25 minutes. Garnish with cheddar cheese and green pepper slices.
