TACO DIP 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 pkgs.. taco seasoning mix
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
Lettuce
1 green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 tomato

Brown beef with chopped (very fine) onion, drain. Add taco mixes, following directions on package. Simmer 1 hour. Meanwhile, soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream. Add the Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese to hamburger after it has simmered. Mix well then add cream cheese and sour cream mixture. Mix well. Pour into platter or tray and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, top with chopped lettuce, peppers and tomatoes. This dip will make a full 9 x 13 inch pan. Great for parties. You can even use the 9 x 13 inch pan to serve in!
