JAILHOUSE CHILI DIP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
Salt, pepper, garlic (season to taste)
1/2 can chili powder (4 oz. can)
1 med. onion
1/2 can beef consomme
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. flour
5 oz. grated cheese

Brown meat, add chili powder, onions, consomme, oregano and cumin. Simmer 30 minutes. Add flour. (Can be frozen at this time.) Add cheese to meat mixture and heat until cheese is melted.
