CLAM-STUFFED PASTA SHELLS WITH HERB BUTTER | |
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, undrained 1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 8 jumbo pasta shells, freshly cooked 1 c. (2 sticks) butter 1/2 tsp. mixed Italian herbs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine clams with liquid, bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon mixture into pasta shells. (Can be prepared 3 hours ahead, covered and refrigerated.) Melt butter in 8" square baking dish in oven. Stir in herb mixture. Arrange pasta shells in dish and spoon butter over. Bake 20 minutes. Serve hot. |
