CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. butter (can use less)
Pizza cheese, grated

In a 9x13 inch casserole dish, melt butter. Stir in other ingredients except cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until cheese melts. This makes a large casserole, so you can make two and freeze one. Add a little milk to the frozen one. Serves 6.
