ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
1 c. grated carrots 1 lb. (2 or 3 sm) zucchini, grated 1/4 c. onion, grated 1 c. chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 8 oz. Stove Top stuffing Cook first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes. Add next 2 ingredients. Mix butter and stuffing. Place half in bottom of casserole, add vegetable mixture, then rest of stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Can be prepared day before. |
