CHEF'S GRILLED STEAK | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. salad oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 1/2 lbs. (1/2 inch thick) chuck steak 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. thyme Combine all ingredients except steak.. Marinate steak in mixture for 3 hours, turning several times. Cook on grill over hot coals. Cook steak to doneness you desire; turn. Baste with marinade during cooking. Makes 4 servings. |
