FIESTA 
1 lb. ground hamburger meat, browned and drained
1 pkg. French's chili mix
2 c. instant rice, cooked according to directions
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
Lettuce and tomatoes cut up for salad
Saltine crackers

Make chili according to directions on package. Crush crackers, as many as you can eat, in plate. Put rice on top of crackers. Add chili. Put salad next. Add cheese on top. You have a complete meal. Eat well.
