BROCCOLI STRATA 
12 slices white bread
12 oz. Olde English sharp processed cheese slices
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
2 c. cooked ham, diced
6 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

From the 12 slices of bread, cut 12 "doughnuts and holes" (with doughnut cutter). Fit scraps of bread leftover from these into bottom of buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Layer cheese slices onto these scraps then cooked broccoli, then ham. Arrange the "donuts holes" over the top. Combine eggs, milk, onion, salt and mustard. Pour liquid mixture over bread and layers. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees 55 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
