BROCCOLI, HAM AND CHEESE STRATA 
12 slices white bread, no crust
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
1 c. ham, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Place 6 slices of bread, cut in half diagonally on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with 1 cup of the Cheddar, broccoli, ham and top with the remaining bread slices, cut in half diagonally.

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in milk and mustard, and pour over bread. Top with the remaining cheese. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Place in a cold oven. Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
