2 INGREDIENT MUFFINS 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. (1 pt.) vanilla ice cream, softened

Beat until smooth, spoon into greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
