CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (5 oz.) can boned chicken (or sm. amount cooked chicken, cut up)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 sm. can chow mein noodles
4 slices bread
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine first 5 ingredients in casserole. Toss cubed bread in melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. A can of mushrooms sauteed in butter may also be used.
