GEORGIA PECAN PIE | |
5 eggs 3 tbsp. butter, soft or melted 1/2 c. white sugar 1 1/4 c. white corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. flour 2 c. pecan halves 1 unbaked 9 or 10-inch pie shell Beat eggs lightly. Add butter, sugar, syrup, vanilla, salt, flour and pecans. Pour into pie shell (9-inch pie shell will be full). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. |
