GEORGIA PORK CHOPS | |
4 lg. lean pork chops 1 onion, cut in 4 thick slices 1/4 c. peanut butter 1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. milk 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Brown chops slowly in skillet without added fat. Pour off any fat that collects. Top each chop with a slice of onion. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and cook slowly about 45 minutes. Serves 4. |
