CRISPY CHICKEN (MICROWAVE) 
3 lb. chicken pieces
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
Pinch of oregano
1/3 c. skim milk

Remove skin from chicken, rinse and drain. Combine crumbs and seasonings in plastic bag. Dip chicken in milk and shake in crumbs to coat. Arrange in pan with large pieces to the outside (wings, etc. in center) Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Cook on high 22 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn once or twice or until desired doneness. Sprinkle leftover crumbs on chicken. Serves 6.
