BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 stick butter
1 c. crushed ritz crackers
1 c. plain bread crumbs
salt
pepper
garlic salt
1/2 pint light cream

Melt butter. Add crackers and bread crumbs; fold in scallops. Put in baking dish and pour cream evenly on top; bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
