BAKED SCALLOPS 
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Use 1 pound of scallops.

1 lb. scallops
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed fine
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper

Mix garlic salt, salt and pepper into cracker crumbs. Toss scallops into beaten egg, then into the cracker mixture. Melt butter and pour over mixture; sprinkle lemon pieces over.
