FRUIT CAKE 
1 c. butter (3 sticks)
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 lb. cherries
1 lb. pineapple
1 qt. pecans
2 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tbsp. lemon flavoring
2 c. self-rising flour

Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour, fruit, nuts, and flavoring all together. Bake at 300 degrees in large Bundt pan for 1 1/2 hours.
