2 c. sugar or 16 pkg. sugar or 8 pkg. diet sugar with fruit
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 lb. mix fruit
1 can pineapple
1 box raisins
1 stick butter
6 eggs
1 sm. bottle cherries
1 pkg. pecans
1 pkg. black walnuts
1 pkg. Brazil nuts
1 pkg. English walnuts

Mix together flour, sugar, raisins, pineapples and cherries. Mix egg yolk, butter, juice from cherries and egg white. Beat and pour into mix. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour with water under cake. Take water out and finish cooking.
