AUTUMN FRUIT CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 can Angel Flake Coconut
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. English walnuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add cracker crumbs, pineapple, coconut and baking powder; mix well. Then add nuts; mix again. Pour into a greased 13"x9" oblong pan and bake 1 hour 10 minutes at 325 degrees.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick soft butter
Reserved pineapple juice
