BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 tbsp. butter
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, stems and pieces
1 lg. onion, cut in 1/2 inch slices
1 1/2-2 lbs. beef cubes
1 tbsp. bottled horseradish
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Heinz steak sauce
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
Egg noodles

Melt butter in fry pan. Saute mushrooms and onions about 5 minutes. Remove mushrooms and onions from pan. Slice meat across the grain into 1 inch strips. Roll in flour. Brown meat in same pan. Place onions and mushrooms on top of meat. Add horseradish, water, steak sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Just before serving, add sour cream. Serve on top of egg noodles. 6 servings.
