QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 prepared pie crust (Pillsbury)
6 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 eggs
5 oz. cream or milk
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
onion powder, to taste
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare one pastry shell and partially bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Cut bacon, onion and mushrooms. Sauté until onions are translucent.

In a bowl, mix eggs, cream or milk, seasonings and grated cheese. Stir in bacon, onions and mushrooms. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 400°F for at least 30 minutes.
