QUICHE LORRAINE 
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c heavy cream
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1/8 tsp red pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Crumble bacon onto chilled pie crust. Sprinkle shredded cheese over bacon. Pour cream mixture over cheese.

Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300°F and bake for 40 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean.
