QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. ham, cubed
1 c. shredded Nippy cheese
1 c. onion, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Salt, pepper, paprika

Put ham, cheese and onion in pie shell. Beat eggs (not too long), add milk and beat a little longer. Pour over mixture and stir around a bit. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in moderate oven for about 25 to 35 minutes or until mixture has set. Allow to cool before serving. You can use bacon fried very crisp and crumbled.
