SPARKLING HARVEST CIDER 
2 qts. apple cider or juice
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 (32 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled
Ice

In punch bowl, combine cider, lemon juice, and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Chill. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Garnish as desired. Serve over ice.
