PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well, mixing dry ingredients first. This makes three layers.

1 large can crushed Dole pineapple. Pour juice over first layer after punching holes in cake.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. white Karo
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Put in pan and place in a double boiler. Beat with mixer until stiff. Let cool.

Alternate pineapple juice, pineapple and icing. Add second layer. Start over until last layer is iced.
