PIZZA RYE 
1 lb. pork sausage (mild or hot)
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
2 loaves party rye

Fry pork sausage in a non-stick skillet, breaking up the sausage as you go.

When pork is thoroughly cooked, melt one pound Mozzarella cheese over the sausage.

Spread the mixture over party rye. At this time the appetizers may be frozen and reheated at a later time.

Freeze in air tight container or zip lock bag. Reheat. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until hot and slightly brown.
