TEMPTING APPLE CRISP 
4 c. peeled and sliced cooking apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Quick Quaker Oats (uncooked)
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter, melted, or butter

Place apples in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients, add melted butter, mix until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven, 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Makes 6-8 servings.
